Maintenance Responsibility Chart

This chart lists common maintenance activities in Weathersfield and who has responsibility for each activity.  Contact the Weathersfield Service Group (WSG) management office  if you have a service request for which WSG is responsible.

With a few exceptions, WSG is responsible for maintenance of common grounds, streets, sidewalks, garages, and the exterior of townhouses.  Homeowners are responsible for townhouse interiors, crawlspaces and attics.  They are also responsible for maintenance of any additions (decks, screen porches, rain gutters, etc.) or other changes they have made to buildings or the landscape around their townhouses.   Note that exterior changes must first be approved by the appropriate WSG Board committee.  See the Forms Page.
