The monthly dues for WSG for 2015 will be $245 per unit.

For those interested in requesting changes to the exterior of their homes or surrounding landscape, forms to make those requests are now posted in the “Documents” section of the website.   In addition, for those interested in adding a screened porch, guidelines for the design and construction of a screened porch are also posted there.  Please read those guidelines carefully.  Be certain tomake your architect and general contractor aware of them.  If you have any questions regarding the process, please contact the board of directors for assistance.
