Pruning for shrubs in the front and side of the homes (up to the air conditioning units) will start on Monday, June 3, 2019, WEATHER PERMITTING.

Any shrub(s) you do not want trimmed, please tag with the colored tapes that are placed on the bench in each close in a plastic bag. Once a homeowner has used the tape, return it in the plastic bag to the bench for your neighbors to use. The tapes will be collected after pruning is complete.
Within 2 weeks following the pruning, please remove any tape that you have put on a bush.
As previously communicated, garage roof replacement will begin Tuesday, May 28. The project is expected to take 3-4 weeks. Work times will include Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, weather permitting.

Drivers and walkers be aware that Duke Power crews will be working next week (May 13-17) trimming trees around lamp posts and electrical wires along Village Way between Swim & Croquet and the Smokehouse mail kiosk.

Due to the recent inclement weather, Ruppert will be very busy with storm cleanup in Weathersfield on Thursday, December 13. Ruppert has also rescheduled light pruning for Thursday. Large trees will be pruned by Davey Tree on Monday, December 17.
The agenda for the December 14 WSG Board Meeting has been updated to include reports by the Architecture and Buildings & Streets Committees. The Manager’s Report for the month of December has also been posted.
Due to the snow today, First Choice Disposal is shifting all collections by one day. This means no Weathersfield pick-up tomorrow, Tuesday, December 11. Trash and recycling collection will be Wednesday, December 12.

The WSG Board Meeting originally scheduled for Friday, September 14 has been postponed until next week. The meeting is rescheduled for Tuesday, September 18. It will be held at the Gathering Place from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A copy of the meeting agenda is posted here.
At the Annual General Membership meeting scheduled for Sunday, November 4, from 6:00-9:00 PM at the Gathering Place, Weathersfield residents will elect members from our community to serve on the Board of Directors. There will be two (2) positions to fill, and those elected will serve two-year terms.
