• Monthly dues are due the 1st of every month, they are late after 30 days
• Late fees are $20 per month for any monthly dues past due
• WSG is “Go Green,” thus paper statements are not mailed each month
• Paper statements are only mailed if there is a past due balance
• Automatic payment enrollment is available at no charge
• Automatic payments are charged on the 5th business day of each month

Beginning on Saturday, January 28, 2017, Greg Tilley will blow leaves and other debris off the roofs of Weathersfield homes and garages. After clearing the roofs, debris on decks and sidewalks will be blown into wooded common areas. Homeowners are not required to make any special preparations, but, of course, you should use your own judgement about
what items you may wish to temporarily cover or move. Weather permitting, the company will return the following week to complete the project.

The Weathersfield community’s holiday spirit and generosity are alive and well as evidenced by their recent contributions totaling $917.96 to the JORDAN MATTHEWS ARTS FOUNDATION, a non-profit organization supporting the arts at Jordan Matthews High School in Siler City.  A tuneful and talented group of young men and women from Jordan Matthews High School, under the direction of Matt Fry, recently entertained us at our Holiday Party on December 3rd.  Thank you from your Board of Directors.
